There are men and boys in our community who need u There are men and boys in our community who need us to do better on men’s health. The bloke who’s noticed something’s not right but keeps putting off that GP visit. The young guy who doesn’t know where to turn for help. The new dad who’s finding it hard to ask for support. In NSW, over 75% of suicide deaths are men. 50% of male deaths under 75 are preventable. That’s not acceptable. This week, I stood alongside Kellie Sloane and the NSW Opposition to say: Men’s Health Matters. That’s why we are committed to delivering a 10-year Men and Boys’ Health Strategy with real targets, real investment, and real change. Because every man and boy in Holsworthy deserves to live a long, happy, healthy life. And asking for help? That’s not weakness. That’s strength.
